Founder

“R. Ramesh, founder of this Orphanage when he was young, he lost his father. Studies were discontinued to work on daily wages to take care of himself, his mother and siblings. One of the school teachers heard about his situation and sent him to an orphanage. He lived there and worked as a helper and cook and continued his studies. He got admission in Osmania university and completed his master’s degree and started working in an educational institute.

Ramatenki Ramesh from his childhood was inspired by the service rendered to the people by greatest personalities like Mother Theresa, Dr.B.R.Ambedkar and he made up his mind to follow their path by serving mankind.

His thoughts when shared with his like-minded friends, colleagues, relatives and family Members evoked positive responses and with their support and services, Mathru Abhaya Foundation was established in 2012 with 6 children and at present there are 55 children from various districts and regions in the ashram. Most of them have lost their both parents.

Children are from all age groups from 4 to 20 studying 1 st grade to degree. At present 40 children are studying from 1st grade to 10th. Six students are doing diploma, two students are preparing for civils, two are doing nursing course, two are doing B.tech, one is studying law, and two are preparing for NEET. Currently this ashram is completely running with the support and help of the Donors.
